Mental training/stress management/concentration/focus.
Artists and athletes such as the soprano and conductor Barbara Hannigan
or tennis player Roger Federer, accompany their high-profile performances with this method.
On July 17, 2021, 4-5 PM on Zoom.
To introduce you to our series of workshops for members, we have decided to open the doors to all interested people and future members;
The deadline for registration is Juli 1, 2021.
However, the number of participants is limited to 50, as all participants should already have had a first introduction to the topic through the 14-day „friendly eyes“ discovery course, which is also free of charge!
